Since high schoool I have been interested in and studying anatomy and I have had a desire to help people. While attending Northern Illinois University I went through the biological science courses as well as the athletic training course work. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, all of which have lead me to my belief in how the body works.

I went to National University of Health Sciences (a medical oriented school) for my Massage Therapy liscense. I am a certified PUSH Therapist. I also have taken courses in cranio sacral Therapy. My experience includes working on infants to those very late in years and every age in-between. I've worked on professional athletes, high school athletes and the sports enthusiasts. I do my best to meet the needs of my client whatever their needs, abilities, or concerns may be.

I believe in continued education as there is always more to learn and study. The more knowledge you have the better you'll be able to help someone. I choose courses that I feel will give me a technique that fits my therapy direction, philosophy, and that will ultimately benefit my client. My education and techniques are my tools to meet my goal of assessing and providing therapy for the whole individual. Education has been and will continue to be a large part of my development. I believe we can and should always be learning.
